Refund policy
Due to the limited nature of our inventory and small-batch production, we cannot guarantee exchange availability for sold-out sizes or products.
All sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items only, subject to product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be in original condition
- No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Tags and original packaging must be included
Customers are responsible for confirming correct sizing before purchasing. Size charts are provided on all product pages to help ensure accurate fitment.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
If an approved exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect.
