Thank you for shopping with Sinner’s Paradise. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times will vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are considered estimates only.


Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

Sinner’s Paradise is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sinner’s Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation request.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped by Sinner’s Paradise.


International Shipping

At this time, Sinner’s Paradise does not offer international shipping.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
