Sinner’s Paradise is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, Sinner’s Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Policy
Due to the limited nature of our inventory and small-batch production, Sinner’s Paradise operates under a final sale policy. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, strictly for items that are unworn, unwashed, and unused, and are subject to product availability. Because many of our products are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that replacement sizes or items will be in stock.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be in original condition
- No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Tags and original packaging must be included
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before making a purchase. Size charts are provided on product pages to help ensure accurate selection.
Sinner’s Paradise reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
If an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to inventory limitations, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received.
